Salary Management System project is developed using VB.NET. The Project is based on a concept of managing a company’s staff salaries and their records. Talking about the project, it does not contain a login system. This means the user can use the system without any restriction. A user can perform CRUD Staff Employee details, CRUD Non-Teaching Staff Employee details, manage salaries and much more.
Features of Salary Management System In VB.NET :
Talking about the features of the Salary Management System, he/she can CRUD staff employee details. For this, the user has to provide the employee name, designation, basic salary, AGP, address, city, state, contact details, and notes. All these fields are the same for the performing CRUD on non-teaching staff employee details, except it has Gross salary instead of basic salary.
The user can easily manage salaries for both PG staff employees and non-teaching staff employees; by entering their id, name, designation, gross/basic salary amount, deductions, net salary, and much more. The table displays the total number of staff with their current salary amounts and other details.
The last feature of this system is about viewing and exporting employee’s detail as well as salary details. Under salary details, there are total three categories: view details by salary code, employee id, and salary date. From here the user can check for the salary details with selective methods.
